Taitoc provides us with plenty of tools and applications that enable us to faciliate skill coaching with different target groups. Taitoc program allows students to specialize in skill coaching while studying for their degree.
Taitoc concept has been widely utilized at Lapland University sport instructor study program. The first year students become certified in Taitoc Foundations and so far the experience has been excellent. The Taitoc theory and practice of skill coaching are seamlessly combined and the learning has been both effective and meaningful. The second and third year students approach the skill learning from pespectives of health and wellness and those with focus on sport coaching dive deeper into learning and teaching sport specific
